Does anyone else think that it is unfair and unnecessary to keep Captain Johnson as a prisoner? Has there been a reason given other than the fact that he is English?

    i think it is fair to keep him prisonr becaue the french and indians are at war with the english and since he is a captain they should him prisoner

    Do you think, then, that he will have to do more than pay a ransom? Perhaps change loyalties or stay in prison until the war is over?
